I reached out to Pure Pavers after a 2 month ordeal with another contractor who had damaged our driveway while working on the road allowance of our street. Owen came and assessed the situation and had no hesitation about commiting to the unplanned project and getting it done before weather conditions changed. We had a very small window of opportunity to get this accomplished. He and Nathan scheduled us in around our crazy schedules and had the work done without issues in the exact time estimated. Nate and Craig did an amazing job re-leveling large pavers around my pool that had begun to sink after a harsh winter. Pure Pavers is one of the few companies in our area that restores interlock. We had a large driveway and front walk that had sunk and just looked tired. Most driveway companies wanted to tear it out and start over. Owen came to meet with us and brought an amazing enthusiasm and creativity to restoring and transforming our driveway and walkway. We wondered about a border, and Owen helped us come up with a border that not only made the driveway more attractive, it allowed us to “stretch” the amount of original interlock, so that we could have a much larger front walk. Owen worked with us through several variations of the design for the front sidewalk until we were thrilled with it. Owen and his team also laid out a beautiful new sidewalk beside our garage, dealing with challenging elevation issues and making sure the drainage was perfect. Owen and his crew were a pleasure to have around. Tidy, extremely hard-working, and conscientious about the work being exactly right. The care taken to prepare the base and lay the interlock was impressive. We now have a beautiful, more modern driveway, larger front walk and new side walkway to our backyard that together create a gracious look that matches our house beautifully. We are delighted with the appearance of our home and found Owen extremely responsive and enthusiastic. He returns calls or texts promptly and is unfailingly cheerful and “can do”. Owen and Nate from PurePavers did a great job for us building almost 300 feet of walkways and a new driveway for our detached garage. Our home sits on a historical site and we wanted to use some of the old flagstone and other recovered stone from around the property. This made it very challenging because we only had however much stone we could recover from the site and could not match with any new stone. This required a creative design, to use what we had and make it last to cover the whole project. It also made installation very difficult as the stone was all irregularly shaped and of varying thicknesses. Owen and Nate did a great job making it work with all of the recovered stone and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our walkway was lookig very tired. After spotting a Pure Pavers sign on the corner, I called for quote. A few days later, we met & we decided to go ahead with the re-leveling. We experienced great service and comunication from their friendly staff. They listened and responded to what we wanted & offered up a few suggestions. The results are amazing! Great job done by the team as promised. The walkway was in rough shape with water puddling all over the place. Now the walkway is perfectly levelled and the water is flowing away from the foundation. Amazing work, nicely done and beautifully executed. Owen and Nathan understand wht commitment is to their craft and their clients. My driveway and back porch now looks amazing. The original interlock work was done in 2003 by others and these lads make it look like new.
